Located in the growing industrial area of Downtown Mamaroneck, Countyline will bring a fun and dynamic new dining concept to Southern Westchester.
Countyline will bring a much needed community dining venue to Mamaroneck and Southern Westchester. All food will be kissed by fire though our culinary inspirations will range from North Carolina BBQ to as far south as Argentina and its storied history with wood fire cookery, but also make stops in between to places like Nashville, New Orleans and Mexico. Countyline will bring a sense of fun and community to the area and we welcome friends and families from all of our neighboring towns to come and eat and play with us and share our company 7 days a week.
Our food and drink will be unique, but our identity will truly be built on the sense of community we will build with all our guests but foremost our neighbors. Countyline will provide a space for individuals and families to come and have fun while eating. Space to eat/drink, relax, play some games and even a roof deck community garden will help our guests engage with us as operators but also with each other.

Classic Cocktail program with a fun + interactive twist
Countyline will feature a fun, inviting and exciting style of beverage service. Our goal will be to feature as many locally produced wines, beers/ciders, spirits and cocktails as we can. Featuring some of the best breweries and distilleries from NY, CT and NJ we will look to support local artisans. Using our “Tap Wall” guests will be able to pour their own beverages and be able to have fun sampling all that we have to offer. We will retain a small “traditional” bar for some hand crafted cocktails and drinks as well.
Design Concepts & Inspiration
Countyline will draw its design inspiration from many of the highly successful and trailblazing operators in the recent past who have begun to pave the way for this new approach to restaurant design concepts. Container restaurants and other businesses can come in any shape and be catered to the specific needs of the operators and the towns and customers it serves. Our specific design will be driven by our conceptual needs, operational flow while being conscious of our neighbors and the desires of the communities we work with.
